Those who are facing any difficulty on MCA V3 kindly fill this google form along with screenshot and submit it *by 12:00 noon today itself*.

Already  we  have  sent to MCA  and  ICSI and  also twitter, helpdesk  mca  no  resolution 

How  it  is possible for such  quick  resolution  first  they  should remove all glitches 

In V3   DIR 12  multiple activities of single  company, the  portal is showing  error already  one DIR 12  is  pending

Lot of  glitches and time  very short  to  provide details  and  if any  extended  time  i  will share

Have filled up the form. However there are too many basic issues such as change of details, otps, issues with login itself, forms etc.

Looks like the Govt gave them a very short deadline for release and they have released a system which is still WIP.

This has become a nightmare for professionals.

I deal with many European clients and they are dumbstruck as to the level of issues. One of them has just opened a subsidiary and has got the initial fright to deal with Govt authorities. They did not even believe that there could be so many issues until they themselves looked up the net !!

800+ people have submitted the queries in google form today and all those will be taken care on priority basis. 

Just got an opportunity to submit the errors so asked everyone, otherwise i could have submitted my personal queries alongwith my close friends. 

If you want to keep raising tickets and calling MCA on a regular basis then there is no harm it.

i have already sent mail to Sucheta Dalal with my set of glitches on the V.3. system. 

There is no option to MCA but to bring back V.2. for a limited time to run it alongwith the V.3. system. As Sitaram said above, there are so many issues to solve, MCA is totally not ready for V.3. right now.

I have  already  registered  my complaint to MCA  -  nothing  is  happening

Also sent google form  to  ICSI                                  Nothing is happening

Over and above if we give to  our fellow member,whether we can achieve the results  ICSI  such  big institution not able  to  resolve the technical glitches

We have received  information  on 11.10 am  to  submit to 11.30am

The Google Form option of ICSI is useless

There is character/word limit in writing the query. 

Unless and until we are able to write the full description of the error that occurred, how the technical team will understand the matter and how will find the solution in the  matter. 

Even though I have filled the Form one month back.   But till today I have not got any solution in the matter. 

  MCA Officials are silent, we can understand they are public servants and nothing is under their control. 

Unable to understand!!!!!  Why is the MCA Secretary silent ? Why not taking  any action against LT Mind Tree ?

 And more surprisingly ICSI is still sitting idle. 

Careless behaviour of LT Mindtree put all the professionals in trouble.

According to me, the MCA Secretary should be sacked for gross incompetence, negligence &  dereliction of duty. The buck stops with him. Why is the Minister not taking any action against these IAS officers. Throw one of them into the dust bin, everybody will start working. 

But Babus are sacrosanct, no action can be taken against them. That is how the system works.

Not only  Secretary  those  who are  incharge  of V3  also  to  be  replaced   Joint  secretary,  Director and other  officials

Yes.. It went well. They have given me some instructions and also allowed me to work directly with them.

DILIP KUMAR CHOUDHARY sir with due respect though we are sitting and blaming

our system but we are finding different solutions day by day & its only CS fraternity who is helping each other.even taing each other anydesk and guiding 

but earlier if there is any glitches in site in v2 on next day there was notification or some sort of clarification on site or at least from helpdesk

But this time it's serious its been 3 months day by day its difficult to deal with client and informing management why things are getting so delayed

Now it's costing our career and So Everyone will speak. as there is no one not from ICSI, MCA Minister etc.. no one is helping or guiding 

if it was of CA Club then till today will be on new headlines...

Yes, I am also frustrated with them. 

Its been a year for me to struggling with this server. Even i have filed a writ petition against the MCA. 

But blaming is not a solution, we have to come forward and assess the problem and give proper solution to the ministry. 

As i am writing to the ministry every month with all detailed information, they called me and discussed the problems and asked me for the options if i have. I suggested them few and all are implemented very well.

Really appreciate the efforts from your end and good to see that Ministry Officials are taking note of day today issues.

Solved the problem of filing DIR 3.

Kindly also mention the Validation failed error while uploading Incorporation Forms, even after successfully associating DSC of proposed directors/Authorised SIgnatories.

Please provide some solution for this issue.

You are very fortunate that at least they are listening to you. We have sent many emails to AS etc.. Almost all the people who come up on Webinars don't reply to your mail at all.. even have experience of block from twitter. and only received replies from MCA helpdesk of nothing but even after 2.5 month no reply from them.

Pls Note following Errors:

In case of Conversion into Ltd Co 

1.Each resolution required Separate MGT 14 Earlier it was not like that This can be resolved? By giving that earlier option to file one MGT 14

2. Whiling filing MGT 14 for Alteration of article As the case may be we need to edit the Pvt ot Name of the company its not editable that option is not there then how to move forward as if we didn't file MGT 14 for AOA alteration will be violation and wrong AOA with Private ltd name we cannot file.

3. In many cases of other forms if we affix DSC of Managing Director with DIN Error Shows that DIN is not associate with CIN it's especially in PAS 6 form

4. In case of DIR -3 KYC If we take OTP save the form even if we edit the form they ask for OTP again that was not there in e form v2

if these could be solved would be very helpful.

In case of Unlisted public company

Majority shares held by promoter & Director in demat But few members like Corporates hold the shares in physical is it ok? or those shares also have to convert in demat?

As per Rule 9A   Before making any offer for the issue of any securities by the unlisted public company, the entire holding of securities of its promoters, directors, KMP is in Demat form.

Hai,

The company should provide an opportunity for dematting of shares.  No issue for the time being.  But when you go in further issues like rights/ bonus allotment need to be done by RTA.  If shares are in physical, then  RTA  cannot allot in demat form.
