NIDHI COMPANY FORM NDH 1

Dear All 

While filing NDH - 1 of nidhi company , one line item required to report NOF to Deposit ratio. 

1) Whether it is outstanding deposit or unencumbered term deposit to be taken for ratio?

2) Reporting of "Deposits outstanding at the close of business on the last

working day of the second preceding month" to be taken from 31st march 2021 or date of filing of NDH - 1? 

Please help in this regard.

It shall be considered the deposits outstanding at the close of business on the last working day of the second preceding month. It shall be calculated automatically, once you fill the amount of deposits.
