Dear Member,

Board Resolution

“RESOLVED THAT the company be registered as ____________ _______________________PRIVATE LIMITED with the Companies Act, 1956 and a suitable application along with other necessary documents be made to RBI for registering the company as core investment companies with assets over 1 billion rupees (CICs-ND-SI).

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the company is not trading / will not trade in shares held in their books except for block sale or to Dilute or to Divest Holding.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr._____________, Chairman & Director and Mr.______________, Director be and hereby severally authorised to sign the application / papers / documents and to do any other act or deed required to carry out the above resolution.
