Declaration according to rule 8(2)(b)(XIII)of Companies Incorporation Rules 2014 required

Dear Professionals,

Kindly provide the Declaration according to rule 8(2)(b)(XIII) of Companies Incorporation Rules 2014.

CRC asking for name approval.

(xiii) the proposed name include words such as ‘Insurance’, ‘Bank’, ‘Stock Exchange’, ‘Venture Capital’, ‘Asset Management’, ‘Nidhi’, ‘Mutual fund’ etc., unless a declaration is submitted by the applicant that the requirements mandated by the respective regulator, such as IRDA, RBI, SEBI, MCA etc. have been complied with by the applicant;

No need for notarization just present it in plain sheet.

It depends upon the officers as well. In my case, it took it on stamp paper & got it notarized when they specifically insisted to get it on stamp paper. Usually director's declaration is advisable to be taken on stamp paper as a precautionary measure.
