SRN of MGT-14 not lnked to CIN in Form INC-24

Dear All

I have been trying to resubmit Form INC-24 for change of name. However when I enter the SRN of MGT-14 filed for passing special resolution, at the time of pre scrutiny it says that the SRN is not linked to the CIN. However I have checked the SRN and confirmed the status on MCA website. It is indeed correct.

Any suggested solution??

i am also getting the same error for re submission i have already raised the ticket

please raise ticket and submit email toi help desk

Today I was able to do the pre scrutiny and upload the form successfully.
