Error Persists in filing every Form on MCA

Dear Professional Colleagues,

I'm facing a common error everytime I'm trying to file any form on MCA, The Error is, 

Digital Signature Verification failed. Please affix a valid DSC.

I've to file INC-20A & CHG-4 on an urgent basis, but I'm not able to file them. I'd checked that all the concerned parties are registered on the portal, but still this error is popping up again and again. Please help me in resolving this error.

Kindly check whether the DSC is registered as Business User on MCA portal and also whether you are affixing a DSC after renewal may be not registered on MCA Portal.

Check if their DIN is also associated with their profiles, sometimes only pan based associations are made and then DIN association post incorporation is skipped

Hello Sir,
If all the above mentioned information are correct also check the serial number of DSC registered on MCA and of the DSC affixed on form. Also, you can call MCA helpdesk, if the operator is good they will let you know the issue soon
