Issue of share warrants by a Private Limited Company

Dear All

Can a Private Limited Company issue share warrants? However, section 114 of tha CA, 1956 states public limited companies can do so if provided in articles and with the approval of Central Govt.

If Private company can issue warrants whats the way out?

awaiting for advice over the same as cA 13 has no reference even for warrants.
