INC.15 Declaration by Director

Hi Team,

Does INC.15 Declaration by Director for incorporation of Section 8 company needs to be taken on stamp paper???

Hi Abhilash,

I am not sure about the declaration in Form INC-15. But taking reference of Form DIR-6, where declaration by a Director has to be given in Form DIR-7, that declaration has to be given in a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100. So applying the logic, I think any declaration by Director has to be given only on a stamp paper.

Hi Abilash, Have you done with the incorporation of Section 8 company.

I have some doubts regarding the same for which i am looking for some one who has incorporated a section 8 company.
