I think Video verification is compulsory only in case of N Code DSC. One of my friend is having SIfy log in, there is no such criteria of Video Verification.

It is CCA guideline and Applicable to CA i.e. N-Code, Sify, E-mudhra, Capricorn.

For all Class -2 and Class -3 application will require video verification if process through Manual Application Form or Aadhar OTP based DSC.

Video Verification is not required if DSC is being processed through Bio Metric Autentication which require physical presence of applicant.
