Dear All, Is msme form applicable even for small companies? We have done transactions with MSME , some are paid before 30th sept & for some msme there is balance outstanding as on 30th sept but paid by oct 15th , no outstanding more than 45 days, do we need to file it ? The company has around 100 vendors & it has multiple payments, with small value bills & payments.
