Where to Complain if Udyam Registration Certificate is Not Issued

Dear Folks, 

We applied for MSME registration on December 24, 2021, however, until today no certificate has been issued. Kindly let me know the helpline's email and number to raise the complaint ticket. 

I look forward to hearing from any of you who is aware about such process.

Search in msme portal using srn generated at the time of registration. You will probably get certificate there, then download it.

Thanks for your below email. Could you let me know how the SRN looks like? Also, we sent a complaint email but there is an automatic response from MAILER...@esadelsp02.nic.in that the registered email has been deactivated. Could you suggest me what approach is required in such case ?
