FORM INC-21 FILING FOR PRIVATE COMPANY

 Dear All

Pls tell what all are the attachments in e form 21 to be filed by a pvt company.. eform help says INC-10 duly certified by bankers has to be attached.. i have notarised form inc-10 and attached the same in inc-7.. can i use that same inc-10 duly notarised or i hav to get it certifed again but this time from bankers as per help of inc-21 and what else are required to be attached ?

and what is the total amount of stamp paper that we have to fill in column 5 of        inc-21 ?

the company has already filed form inc22 along with inc-7 and dir-12..

what more is required to be done ?

you can leave the column blank as no stamp duty is required as per the Act for COB.

If prescrutiny is not successful, then fill with the stamp duty amount paid at the time of Incorporation.
