ERROR IN FILLING FORM SH-7

FACING PROBLEM IN FILLING FORM SH - 7, BELOW ERROR IS COMING EACH TIME I FILE THE FORM.

MEMBERSHIP NO./ CERTIFICATE OF PRACTICE NUMBER IS INVALID.

IF ANY ONE HAVE SOLUTION FOR THE SAME PLEASE ADVISE ON THE SAME.

Hi,

I got the news around 300 members are suspended by ICSI for some reasons. so kindly check current status on ICSI web site Or it can be error of MCA21.

Hi Hemant,

Yesterday before filling SH-7, had filled other forms that were filled without any kind of such error.

I have also checked with ICSI site about the status of membership but same was ok.

Inquired at ROC office and intimated that such kind problems are faced by many members, But no solution available with the ROC office.

Please do not spread rumours like 300 cs suspended. Its technical error, in our office also faced same problem but now its accepting that MOM NO. And COP No.

Now new problem is faced while filling E Form SH-7, today 06/05/2014 I have filled updated  E Form SH-7 at MCA. but after uploading the the subject form have been directed for payment of SH-7 where there was no mention of SH-7 but written as E-Form 5 and fees was as per old companies act 1956 not as per new companies act 2013.

So I have not paid fees for the same. Better will consult with ROC office and file afterwards.

If any one have suggestion please share.

Also anyone have undertaken assignment of Increase in authorised & paid up capital of pvt. ltd. under CA 2013, please share their experience.

Further also provide details required to be consider for the allotment of share of pvt. ltd. co. under CA 2013.
