Dear members,

What is the NIC code of the following business:

"Exports of handicrafts garments, dry flowers and 100% EOU for software exports."

as i am unable to find it out in NIC 2004 list.

The new annual filing forms i.e MGT - 7, AOC - 4 & MGT - 9 are required to comply with various new requirements and one such requirement is to enter various code(s) of principal business activities of the company. Further different codes are required to be entered in different forms. For the benefit of our readers, we are providing herewith the list of codes with their authentic source which can be used while filing the annual filing forms :

1. Point No.4 - AOC - 4 : Principle Products or services of the Company for mentioning of SERVICE / MANUFACTURING refer list of NPCS / ITC-HS code.

2. Point No. II - MGT - 9 : Principle Business activity of Company for mentioning NIC code or the product or services.

3. Point No. II - MGT - 7 - Principle Business activity of Company for Description of Main Activity group & Business Activity Code along with Description of Business Activity. Detail of such codes are provided in the Instruction Kit of MGT-7.
