Challan Generation

Dear Members,

I had filed form MGT-14 in pay later mode and the pay later challan was generated. The payment for the same was done on 31.12.2020. But the challan was not generated for payment and the payment was debited from the account. The status of the form is still showing pending for payment. Whereas the track payment status is showing 

Your receipt/challan generation is still in-progress.

We Request You To Please Try After Sometime. If You Are Unable To View Your Receipt Even After 30 Minutes, Please Contact Helpdesk Or Raise A Service Ticket.

I have raised the ticket for the same but no reply from MCA has been received yet. Kindly guide what to do in this situation.

wait , it be be generated shortly, also make sure that the transaction status is showing paid

Don't worry.

This issue has been happening since last few months. You will have to wait for 48 hours & the issue will be resolved on its own. It happened to me many times. No need to raise a ticket. It's really pathetic but can't help it.

not to worry..just proceed with the payment selecting pay later option and enter the SRN once the payment is done you will see the challan..

the problem is happening since 31st
