Can you please refer specific section/subsection or rule/subrul, whereby its specifically mentioned that MGT -14 is also required to filed for appointment of Internal Auditor in case of Private Limited Company.

Section 117 read with Sec-179(3) and Rule 8 of Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014.

Sheet of items for which MGT-14 is to be filled is attached.

Thanks for the input. But I now where found that in your attachment (those highlighted in red), which says that form MGT -14 is required to be filed for appointment of Internal Auditor.

Please let me know, where is the disconnect in my understanding.
