AOC 2 relating to Related party transaction

Dear Member,

Kindly confirm the information in Form AOC-2 relating to disclosure of related party transaction is to be given as on AGM date or as on 31st march, 2015?

Relaince Industries has not attached form AOC-2 in annual report, but is is mandatory as per companies act, 2013.

One more question, so may companies having material RPT for which it require SR but Companies are not taking shareholders approval for such material RPT. I am not able to understand how they are doing this and what logic they have in doing so....

I could only find TCS annual report 2014-15, disclosing material RPT at arms length in form AOC-2.

Related Query:

Whether the remuneration to Directors/KMP and Unsecured Loans from Directors need to be disclosed under AOC-2.

i have seen Annual Report of a few listed companies, and they have not shown remuneration under AOC-2 although remuneration paid is shown elsewhere as part of various disclosures under Listing Agreement/AS-18.

Please give your feedback/opinions.
