PAS 3

DEAR ALL

IF THE PAS -3 IS NOT FILED WITH IN 30DAYS WHETHER WE HAVE TO APPLY FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY. System is not allowing to file form PAS 3 for the allotment more than 30days . plz advise.

This has to be technical issue, because I am also not able to file the form inspite of the fact that the form is being filed within 30 days.
Also,Act and form's help both says it can filed with late fee beyond 30 days. No  condonation is delay is to initiated in such cases.

This is one big error.

PAS 3 filed is within 30days but it shows late fee of 12times.

How can it be possible.

Date of event is 14.03.2016 , and i am filing today, late fee is 12 times.

Is it technical error.

one of friend also faced the same situation, but he made the payment because of urgency, i am not able to understand the system of MCA, this is seriously so unfair, how one could charge the huge amount unnecessarily. ridiculous

This is miserable . Why MCA is not issuing any circular  that no late fee will be collected and due date will be extended.

They should collect it from INFOYSIS AND NOT FROM STAKEHOLDERS AS IT IS THE FAULT OF INFOSYSIS .

MCA is acting as Sherlock character in Merchant of Venice by Shakespeare .

MCA is concerned with only money and not concerned with the interest of stakeholders.

You can raise a complaint in Change.org and ask the MCA to stop this malpractice and to issue a circular EXTENDING THE DEADLINE AND NO LATE FEE WILL BE APPLICABLE.

We all support it .

Who all are facing this additional fees issue, can raise a ticket on MCA by mailing the screenshot of additional fees page.

They will resolve the issue in a day or two. I also faced this problem while filing Form PAS-3.

No point in raising ticket also.

For PAS 3, I got 12 times fees instead of normal fees on 11.04.2016

Today is last date of filing PAS 3 without additional fees.

I called up, they are telling wait in the queue.

So may tickets are raised, so they have to resolve.

Its technical error, you have to raise the tickets, they do not understand our issue .

Seriously the way Infosys is handling the issue is pathetic. Till date no announcement regarding relaxation of additional fees.

As per news MCA is working on relieving the additional fees and also to open the cases which has been rejected or closed due to efflux of limited time and technical error

Try uploading today PAS 3, its not generating additional fees.

But before that delete/cancel the SRN created .

Try as i did it just now.

As far as waiver of additional fees due to technical error there is no clarity.
