INDEBTEDNESS in Annual Return Form MGT-9

Dear All,

Can anyone please clarify what is INDEBTEDNESS and what constitutes
INDEBTEDNESS in Annual Return.

Whether we have to consider long term loans or short term loans; OR whether secured loans or unsecured loans?

it is all debt whether secured or unsecured. But most of people write only secured loans

Indebtness means total debt,, u need to mention total debt whether secured or unsecured
