Technical Error in FILIP & Form 9 Submission

 I am facing the issue of "Technical Error occurred please contact administrator" while submitting Filip/ Form 9 Submission.

Kindly give your advise on how to resolve this issue.

i was also facing this issue, when i talked to the MCA help desk they said there is work going on this issue u try after some time.
