Pls try to affix the V3 registered DSC of the concerned persons and then upload.

Try to login via "Incognito mode". 

In my opinion, there are low chances of technical errors / issues in incognito mode.

But when I opt any of the options (20-40 / 20-60) and proceed, a dialogue box appears with options "yes" / "no". 

The great thing is, "yes" doesn't work here. 

Since Friday I'm trying, have raised ticket also. But not resolved yet.

I just finished uploading mine, at the very first attempt it got submitted.

Was getting "verification error" for the last 4-5 days.

I just downloaded all the fresh forms now, affixed DSC, and uploaded at the 1st go.

Possibly server is working swiftly at the moment due to low users.
