MCA Payment Issue?

Dear Members

I was suppose to file some forms on 14/01/2016, while filing there was an error and amount got debited from bank.. but Payment challan did not generate and it says Transaction Unsuccessful. its been 9 days amount has not been reversed still... what to do now.. whom to contact.. raise ticket or contact bank..

Dear Rakesh,

You try this once:

1. Take the SRN of the unsuccessful transaction

2. Paste it in Track Payment Status and "Submit"

3. You will get a page containing the transaction details 

4. There will be a button "Click Here". You click on that.

Many case the said transaction will be successful and you will get the challan.

Sir,

After three payments of unsuccessful, fourth payment got succeeded... I am asking about the first three payments now... and in Transaction Status.. If I put Start Date as 14/06/2015, on bottom it shows the list of unsuccessful payments.. I worried about these now...

First raise ticket then mca will confirm u whether any payment received by mca or not then Contact your bank for reversal of the amount debited from ur account, and try to make payment with card.

Dear Rakesh,

 Generally amount debited gets re credited in account within 72 hours, please check it again, if still not received, just mark a compliant by specifiying all the three SRN and also send the mail at epayments...@mca.gov.in and appl.h...@mca.gov.in and please note that in mail mentioned the complaint no. also.
