request to clarify that ADT 1 is required to be filed for ratification of auditor appointment made last year for a period of 5 years?

one more form at the time of approving board report and financial statements by the board of directors in their meeting is mgt 14 only for public companies is required. though it is not part of annual filings it is related to it.

As per my view, there is no need to file any ADT-1 for ratification of appointment of the Auditor, only if appointment was done for 5 years.a

No, you need not require to file ADT-1, if you filed the then GNL-2 attaching ADT-1 FOR 5 years.

Dear All 

 my observation on the following points are as follows 

Q.1.) request to clarify that ADT 1 is required to be filed for ratification of auditor appointment made last year for a period of 5 years?

Ans.1) No need to file ADT-1 if it is only for ratification of auditor for which appointment was made for 5years.

because ADT-1 is only for Appointment or Re-appointment.

Q.2) if ADT 1 filled as attachment to gnl2 then what would be the outcome ? do we need to file adt 1 again

Ans.2 ) ADT-1 Filles as Attachment to GNL-2 are the same thing. Because we were file GNL-2 (with Attachment of ADT-1) that time ADT-1 seperate form was not in exiting so we opt this route but both are the same .After ADT-1 form was realsed then We have have to file only ADT-1 Form rather than GNL-2 with Attachment 

Q.3) IS Notice of AGM is compulsory attachment to AOC-4????

And.3) Notice of AGM should be attach to this AOC-4.
