Error in making payment

Dear All,

What is the solution for following errors while making payment?

 System.FormatException: The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters. at System.Convert.FromBase64_Decode(Char* startInputPtr, Int32 inputLength, Byte* startDestPtr, Int32 destLength) at System.Convert.FromBase64CharPtr(Char* inputPtr, Int32 inputLength) at System.Convert.FromBase64String(String s) at CGA.CPSMS.NTRPNEW.Controllers.NTRPHomeController.BKePay() in D:\UATAgent\BS2Agent1\_work\16\s\PROD\CGA.CPSMS.NTRPNEW\Controllers\NTRPHomeController.cs:line 1344

Hi,

Even I was facing this problem since morning. Go to Google Chrome, incognito mode. Login to MCA site, then open BharathKosh website alongside and click on quick payment page. Go back to the MCA logged in page and make the payment. Even if it shows an error, click on back button again and make payment, it will take you to the bharathkosh link. Not sure if it will work for everyone though, this worked for me in the morning. Had shared this in another thread, sharing it again here. Keep clicking on the back button and make payment, it will work after a few tries.

GO BACK FROM THE ERROR WINDOWS AND TRY AGAIN FROM THE SAME ERROR WINDOW. BUT NOT BY APPLICATION SECTION
