Conversion from OPC to Private limited

Hi all,

One OPC was converted into private limited in May 2025. Now while filing AOC 4 and MGT 7A, CIN of OPC is not showing as invalid. 

How to proceed with this? if we proceed with private limited CIN, then in MGT 7A how to show shareholding of only one shareholder in 2024-25?

you have converted only after OPC Annual filing completed.

if you convert before that OPC CIN wont show.

due to that only OPC CIN is not valid.

why u have done conversion to PVT Ltd

Even Voluntary or 2 crores turnover 

first thing conversion should start only after completing to OPC Annual filing before that you can/t do.

Conversion was done voluntarily. All procedure was followed. Conversion was done on 15th may 2025. So annual filings was not done at that time. Kindly help what to do now.
