Hi ,
Is any one in the group whose NDH-4 is Approved by MCA, in my case it showing pending for approval since 1 month

No. My form ndh-4 pending since September 2020.

Hi,
Usually NDH-4 will take more time to get approved, as the same needs to be approved by the Ministry after receiving a report from local ROC and RD.

I have small information regarding for Nidhi companies i.e Nidhi companies act will be closed asap... May be I think they will send a notice to conversion or strike off to each and every company...
