CRF - Change in MCA Details

Dear All,

I want to change details of my CFO on MCA as the details of MCA and PAN record are different.

I raised ticket on MCA and got a reply stating "raise a CRF and then raise a fresh ticket by giving the CRF in the attachment".

Someone please tell me how to raise CRF (Change Request Form)?

Write a letter to ROC stating the change in MCA details the ROC will have the power to raise CRF
