approval of form INC 22

Dear Members,

A pvt Co. has filed Form INC - 22 for shifting REg ofc within local limits, but it was not approved on STP mode but showing transaction status as " Being processed by systems" since from a week.

What could be the reason. The new address still not updated in the Master data. I have filed the Form twice.

Please suggest me. I have raised the ticket and also mailed corporate seva kendra but no reply received yet.

I have filed form INC-22 of a Pvt. Ltd. company and the form got auto approved immediately
