15 months MT training sponsorship letter

Hello Respected colleagues, 

My friend have been registered for training under a company, he got a letter from ICSI on mail and the company's mail stating that the training of this student has been started under this company from the date, but there is a star mark near date stating to intimate the commencement of the date of training  he have asked the company to sent the intimation but they haven't sent.

Now his training is complete and the company says that they haven't got letter from institute, but he has forwarded the letter to company which says about sponsorship

Is there any other letter that institute sends to the company and the student other than sponsorship letter.  I have talked to the ICSI they says that the training is going and you just need to submit quarterly report, project report, and form 7 that it.

That * mark is common for all, it is there in the format, so it is not applicable to all, it is applicable to some who not intimated.

There is nothing to send any other letter, just send quarterly reports to ICSI with in the due date.

Dear Mr.Ravi,

The process is simple:

1) Sponsorship from the Company

2) When the MT starts, the Company shall sent a letter to the ICSI.

3) Other reports - Quarterly and the Project

4)Finally regarding Training completion.

Means Sponsorship letter is the only communication we will get from ICSI.

And we only need to send Form VII to ICSI with the quarterly report and project report
