Refund of TDS after cancellation of deal of immovable property

Hello,

Can anyone guide as how can I apply for refund of TDS on sale of immovable property.  The deal got cancelled . I need to file correction in form 26QB

You have to apply for a refund not correction.

The concered person at Incone Tax dpt said I have to first file correction in 26QB, if they will be satisfied, then they will forward to CPC for refund. 

I just need guidance for filling of correction.
