Board resolution for general review of business.

One of our company is not getting any business but for compliance purpose we need to conduct a board meeting.

I need a board resolution for same and its urgent.

The CEO / MD / Chairman briefed the Board about the performance  for the period ended .30th June..................................and the Board noted the same.
