Approved . pending for PAN TAN allocation

The status of the LLP Incorporation is showing as " Approved . pending for PAN TAN allocation". It has taken more than 15 days.

Sir

You have 2 options:

1st Option:

File 1 LLP incorporation each day for the next 40 days and you shall be busy for the next 40 days, as the PAN TAN of the 1st LLP will come after 40 days.

2nd Option: 

Go for a vacation for next 25 days, and VOILA , PAN/ TAN of the LLP already incorporated will be delivered when you are back to office after vacation.

Have done this to avoid frustration and unnecessary blaming MCA for their deliberate technical failures.

This happens due to wrong mentioning of PAN TAN codes in form, mail correct PAN TAN codes at help...@mca.gov.in and mention therein the Ticket no. raised, if any, and SRN of the subjected form. Do not wait for MCA to correspond you regarding this.

I  too had not received it for up to 2 months. Then I filed RTI. Then First appeal to RTI. Got it the next day after filing the first appeal.
