Thank you. I will check. I want to know whether the form will be accepted by MCA subject to compounding or otherwise.

I know 1 form i.e. MGT 14 which cant be filed beyond 300 days from Resolution date. If you still fill the form, it asks for SRN of Form filed for order for condonation of delay.

Sections which has reference of section 403, for those sections documents can be submitted with additional fees within 270 days from the due date. Roc is the adjudicating authority beyond delay of 270 days.

For charge creation/modification documents can be submitted within 300 days from date of event. Beyond that one need to submit condonation of delay with rd.

For other documents, whether additional fees paid or not, roc had adjudicated powers to condone the delay. Rd is appellete authority for the same.
For ex: INC 22 submisdion beyond 15 days.

Under 441 Any compounding up to 5laks RD has the power to condone the issue. ROC has upto 270 days hence you need to file condonation file the samewith RD.

And the form which contains INC-28 option shall be file with in due date. And such forms cannot be possible to file in ROC after 270 days. For that,Order fromthe RD shall be filed and SRNof INC-28 has to insert.
