LLP Agreement Stamp Duty in bihar

Dear Members,

As per our understanding stamp duty in bihar is Rs.2500/- for an LLP Agreement when contribution is upto 1 Lacs; even though ROC has asked for resubmission with mark "Please pay stamp duty as applicable in the state of BIHAR"  can any one of you please help us in this regard.

Even I wanted to confirm the stamp duty to be paid on the LLP Agreement with Fixed Contribution of Rs.1 lakh in State of Bihar.

If we paid Rs. 2500/- for a contribution of Rs.50000/-....is there any prob with ROC for higher amount payment.??

No may be the Stamp duty Amount may be not visible  in Attachment.You can attach Clarification letter the We have Paid Stamp duty of 2500 which is higher in denomination than what is prescribed in the Stamp Act applicable for the state.Your form will be approved in case of any further query feel free to get in touch with me,
