E Stamping - Telangana

Dear All,

We are required to pay stamp duty on the following agreements:

• Deed of Hypothecation

• Share Pledge Agreement

• Inter-Corporate Loan Agreement

The duty payable is approximately ₹2 lakhs per agreement.

As SHCIL does not cater to Telangana and Cameo provides stamping services only for share transfer/allotment purposes, we are exploring alternative service providers who can facilitate online e-stamping in Telangana.

If anyone has references or prior experience with reliable service providers in this area, kindly share the details.
