ROC notice for old form 20B

Dear professional,

Please help me, I have received following mail from MCA:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Regarding Approval pending case of Form MGT-7/Form 20B.

Your SRN Q30456578 filed on 4/3/2014 is still work in progress since submission of CD has not been done by you to respective RoC. Now, a new facility has been introduced which allows uploading the same details in an excel sheet through FO service - http://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/uploadDetailsOfSH.do. Please upload the sheet by 16th Oct 2016 failing which the SRN will be marked as expired without further notice and the company will be treated as having defaulted in filling Form MGT-7/Form 20B within the laid down time.

i have not done this before , but from your mail it is suggested to upload your list of SH on excel using SRN. so when you login you will see this link in MCA services, where it ask about company CIN and SRN no. i think no need of filing form again, as it will be matched with earlier form with SRN.

I tried but its not accepting the excel file. Its asking for list of Debenture holders even though its not applicable to our company.

No. Simple excel file. As it is not accepting file provided with Mgt-7

Yes Also faced same problem.

Simply Login in MCA and Provide the Details of Company, SRN and attached EXCEL SHEET OF SHAREHOLDERS. It will be immediately approved.

And in response to ROC, Just mention that company has complied with above requirement and status of FOrm is Approved!!

Follow the link provided in the email.

Steps:

1. Login
2. Enter the details
3. Upload the list of shareholders(excel)
4. Submit.
5. Registered email id of the company will receive approval mail.

PS: no prescribed excel 

Use schedule V format of the companies act, 1956

I have submitted the same as i received but no transaction ID generated but show as uploaded successfully. Is it ok...??? please confirm. and if form if get cancel as per email of ROC than form get auto reject or what is action point bt ROC or by us

Dear Friend

I also received a mail on dated 8 Oct 2016 but we had send the CD to related to list of shareholders ROC and we have also acknowledgement in November 15 and now we received the mail and unfortunately the time period i.e.. 16 Oct 2016 also expired

So now what we can do for this ??

These mails seem to system generated based on the data avaialble in the MCA system.

Thanks Mr. Achuthan R Sir,  for your valuable suggestion but main reason is that currently SRN status is expired instead of pending.

So Can I mail for this to ROC and they can re-update the form MGT-7 after discussion ??

Because I don't want to re filed MGT-7 with lot of late fee because it relate to 2015
