Dear Members,

I also agree with you guys. All mal practices start from there only. As you are aware I am fighting a case against Ms. Monica Shriyansh, Company Secretary. She has also lent her name for a reputed Company from 2010 (even after her name came out in this fraud case and fact is know to the company her name continues to appear in MCA records as Company Secretary..!!). At the same time she was also doing her practice without COP using my Digital Signature. All this evils should be brought to the books. The Corporates are also equally accountable for all these mess ups.

One more practice which is coming to light is - The members take COP only during annual filing period (Sept - Oct) for 10 days or so. They will sign Compliance Certificates and  Form 23AC/ACA/20Bs during that particular period. It earns a decent sum for them. Then they will surrender COP and lend their name to some companies.

Where we are heading...?

not only that corporates are asking  Rs.10000 per month and even some wanted to pay 
quarterly rs.12000  and it is ridiculous.  The company which has the amount not yet filled up the vacancy

Keeping such matters only on the conscentious of the members does not prove to be useful. when members see that they can earn a good sum of money even at the sake of undermeaning the fellow members they will not be discomforted to do so.not all ppl will think to do things honestly.Therefore,ICSI should step into this and stop such practices which are hampering the growth of professionals.how long will a CS be able to survive if he/she is not getting good sal.many ppl think of shifting the proffession due to this purpose.

my appeal to all the members :even we have put equal efforts for this qualification.even our family has placed in efforts.

Money is not only imp for you.it is a prime need for others also.

please do not eat away the share of opportunities in market and employment of your fellow members ....respect them...or atleast respect their qualification.they are also like you.

Even i came across so many So called Name lenders when I became a Member

I was really shocked at that time. Members who studied with me have given their name.

What it made was, no opportunity for Hard working and young members.

I have some quaries regarding this from our exp Professionals,

1. Why our institute is not taking any steps to prevent this type of practices.

2. Why MCA is not taking any steps for those companies having more than 5 cr of capital and not have CS.

3. Why ICSI has not fixed min salary for the CS just like ICAI have min salary for the fresher CA.

4. Why there is no frequently campus interview for Fresher CS (Like in 2 months/1 Month)
