Stamp duty in Haryana

Dear Friends

I have filed LLP Form 3 for supplementary agreement (change in partners). This supplementary agreement has been executed on Rs.100 stamp paper. The contribution of LLP is Rs.1,00,000 and already Rs.1,000 stamp duty paid on initial LLP Agreement.

Now ROC has put form under resubmission with remarks:

"STAMP  Duty of RS.1000/- HAS TO BE PAID  AS  PER PROVISION ARTICLE- 46 OF THE INDIAN STAMP (HARYANA AMENDMENT)ACT.2018 AS  REGISTERED OFFICE OF LLP  IS SITUATED  IN  STATE OF  HARYANA.. IF NOT  PAID , THIS  E FORM MAY BE  REJECTED.

Kindly advise what should be the actual stamp duty on supplementary LLP Agreement.

Also in your case how many resubmissions were allowed?

For any change in agreement , we need to always execute an addendum with 1000 rupees stamp paper ??
