Can company pay on behalf of trust

can company pay on behalf of trust.

Der is a trust..its account is not online...
D trust hve to pay fees to an Esucation institution...
As the account is not online , company pays on behalf of trust...
n trust on the other hand returns back the money (can say mere set off)

Is any compliance required on part of the company for the executing
the said transaction

Yes. Company can make payment on behalf of trust.

Better to pass a resolution empowering the said transaction, if it is don on regular basis.

What is the relationship between company and trust?

The trustee is one of d director of the company
