CONVERSION OF LOAN DRAFT DOCUMENTS

Dear All,

Can someone share the draft documents for the conversion of Loan to Equity.

There are no such documents you have to pass board resolution and attach loan agreement with PAS-3. Pls note prior approval of such loan should be taken from shareholders by way of special resolution. Also Loan agreements should have a clause of conversion in future date.
