FIRC issuance in case the amount/FDI is received via NRE account

Dear Members,
Pls guide on the following-
A company received money for share allotments via Individual's NRE account and that individual lives in Dubai, I need to know whether FIRC is issued in this case or other instruments is issued by Bank for filling FC-GPR?
Pls help.

Yes, FIRC will be issued by bank for further process.

Dear Venket ji,
Thanks for your reply, but some one told me that we will not get FIRC in case of NRE account payment, FIRC will be issued in case of payment received from outside of india, whereas NRE Account is in India.
Pls suggest.
