Amalgamated Co. Status on ROC- DORMANT

Dear Friends,

 

There is a compay which was amalgamated in year 2004-2005 and dissolved without winding up. Form 21 already filed.

 

As on date the Transferor company's status on MCA states is "DORMANT".

Does that Company exist on the records of ROC or dissolved.

 

Help to give some clarity

Dear Friend,

Please approach concerned RoC and get the master data corrected.

Though the status is dormant, the documents will be available in the portal.

Transferor company records can be viewed by making inspection fees to Transferee Company.

 The company,s status is Dormant, means company is on record of ROC, but showing status dormant because of default in annual filling. The company is not strike off yet, it is still active.
