LLP fee

one Month ago we have filed form 3 and 4 for increase of contribution from 1 lac to 50 lakhs and paid 9500 as registration fee.

This time we are planning to increase it from 50 lakhs to 2.5 crore. How do i know registration fee for increase of contribution from 50 lakhs to 2.5 crores.

Maximum Registration fees charged by ROC is Rs. 25000 .

If u have already paid 9500, then 25000-9500= 15500 will be registration fees.
