Error Msg. in MGT-7

Dear Colleagues

Yesterday I could file AOC-4 for 2 Companies. Status of both the forms is Approved.

In both the cases, when I am filing MGT-7, the error msg. says that the Date of AGM should be same as mentioned in AOC-4.

I have checked many times, there is no mistake in mentioning AGM dates.

Is it MCA software mistake or any other problem>

Any Idea?

There are a lot of issues in MGT-7.

I am wasting my time for the last 2 weeks.

Earlier prescrutiny error was "should be same as in Form AOC-4 filed vide SRN-Q72638075 for same financial year: 

DIN-02534256 entered in the field of 'Details of directors and key managerial personnel during the year 
was not associated with the company under selected designation during the year. DIN-01244897 entered in 
the field of 'Details of directors and key managerial personnel during the year was not associated with 
the company under selected designation during the year. DIN-02707214 entered in the field of 'Details 
of directors and key managerial personnel as on close of financial year is not associated with the 
company under selected designation as on close of financial year end date."

I raised ticket, which resolved after a week. After resolution of ticket when I tried to do prescrutiny, the error is:

Very frustrating.

Even though all details are correct.

 i am also having the same problem of date mis match in aoc-4 and mgt-7 . i have raised a compliant 2 days ago but no solution till now !

I have received error as "CIN entered is invalid against which eForm ADT-1 is pending for approval or payment. Please enter a valid CIN. though valid CIN has been entered. 

Also while uploading ADT 1 for another company though DSC is registered prescrutiny error occurred as DSC is not registered with MCA.

 

I have raised ticket but no solution received.

MGT-7 are now getting filed.

The error msg. that the Date of AGM should be same as mentioned in AOC-4 is now solved.

Just re-do the pre-scrutiny and file.
