If you see my attachment you can observe that the name of TATA Consultancy Service is now reflecting in MCA website, it shows that they have not recetified the same and till now it is managed by TCS and Infosys is nowhere operating the system.

We want work to be done.
the portal has completely collapsed.

Lot of interaction with Ministry officials took place still there is no improvement.

 

If status quo will be maintained that TCS will manage the portal, then we can  expect smooth working and all pending forms will be cleared.

 

Otherwise, it is very difficult to  continue with  this problem and we are not able to able serve to corporates.   Major delay will be corporate finance.

Be it any service provider, the bottom line is we as professionals, which are in practice are suffering as the MCA portal is not working.

How to respond to our clients.

REALLY  FED UP BY THE WHOLE SCENARIO. PLEASE NOT AGAIN.

First time incorporation of my client got held up for two months, (I.E 60 DAYS) JUST IMAGINE we were claiming to INCORPORATE a company in one day and NOW SIXTY DAYS , WHAT A SHAME !!

REASON : MCA WEBSITE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

WE PRACTICING PROFESSIONALS ARE AT STAKE. OUR REPUTATION IS AT STAKE.

Further,
The website is not use for only one purpose that is ANNUAL FILING , which is done once in a year.

WE DO LOTS OF OTHER ACTIVITIES RELATED TO COMPANY LAW MATTERS , such as Incorporation, increase in authorised capital, allotment of shares, registration of charges, CLB / RD petition, etc.

Please the SERVICE PROVIDER SHOULD UNDERSTAND THIS AND RESOLVE THE MATTER OR

TAG THE NOTICE ON THE WEBSITE AS , "MCA WEBSITE UNDER MAINTANANCE."

ITS SIMPLE TO RELEASE THE NOTICE THAT THE FEES WILL BE WAIVED.

WHAT ABOUT OUR CLIENTS ???? WHO WILL RESPOND TO THEM........

THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHOULD SERIOUSLY HELP US BY RESOLVING THE MATTER RELATING TO NON-WORKING OF MCA WEBSITE.
