Can Intercorporate loan converted into equity share

Can inter corporate Loan can be converted into equity share if yes ,

than Is central government approval  required in this situation and kindly refer what is the procedure of this .

You can convert inter corpoprate loans into equity shares. Central government approval is not required in this situations.

 

you can allot shares by way of preferential allotment.
