Incorporation of Insurance Broking company

Dear Members,

Has anybody incorporated an Insurance Broking Company? 

In case anyone has such experience then kindly confirm whether IRDA NOC is required before applying for the company name having the word 'Insurance Broking' in its name and what is the procedure for obtaining such NOC.
