Clarification on definition of small company

Dear Members

in case a private company having the paid up share capital of Rs. 4 crore and turnover is nil, but the company is having an associate company.  pls clarify in this case the company is a small company or not and the applicability of form MGT 7 or MGT 7A.

because in this case , i tried both the forms and both are prefilled without any error.

As per my opinion form 7A would be applicable,

As per new definition company considered as small company.
