STEPS TO FILE SHP ON XBRL

DEAR ALL,

Please has advice practical steps to file SHP on xbrl. Our company has not equity paid u capital below 10 cr, and net worth also below below 25 crores.

is it mandatory to file corporate governance report ? if not how to get exemption.

1. Login to BSE Listing Centre

2. Go to XBRL

3. Download Excel Utility for SHP

4. Fill it and upload

(Software manual has been provided which will help u to understand it and fill it)
