Strike off for Pvt Co-Inactive since 31/3/2021

Hi All,

A private company last filed its FS & Annual Report for the year ended 31/12/2021 and there has been no business since then (no income but just a few small amounts of rent payments and all but nothing major as such). Can it apply for strike off and if yes, what are the pre-requisites to be taken care of like any audit or anything else. If possible, also share the draft format of documents that needs to be prepared.

prepare all documents as provided in STK 2, lime Indemnity, Affidavit, Statement of Accounts, KYC documents, COnsent of DIrectors and Shareholders, Resolution

can mention in Affidavit and Indemnity since how long COmpany is not working 

ensure till the year COmpany carried on its operations, the filing is complete and then can file
